Discover the beauty of the Sonoran Desert at night, as we hike under the light from the Strawberry Moon. Join us for a pristine 2.2-mile stroll along the Stargazer Trail. Listen for the sounds of wildlife and explore the night-life atmosphere. The pace of the hike will be relatively mild or slow to help enjoy the surroundings. Flashlights are welcomed. |

Join us inside the cool comfort of the San Tan Visitor Center and be prepared to be amazed, with a delicious sampling of organic foods from your local desert. We will find out what makes a tasty treat in the desert, and what does not. No utensils necessary. Following the class there will be a short (optional) hike to see the edible plants in the wild. |
